Small Business Saturday Welcome Station & Selfie Event
Rogers Park Business Alliance is a proud Neighborhood Champion for Small Business Saturday, a nationwide campaign to shift holiday spending from big box stores to local independent merchants. As your Neighborhood Champion, we have rallied many of the businesses in Rogers Park. This year we are promoting more than 20 businesses with our 3rd annual Selfie event.
The day kicks off at our Welcome Station at Smack Dab Bakery, 6730 N. Clark St. from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Stop by and enjoy a free donut or coffee along with a free tote bag filled with goodies on your way to shop small (first 100 visitors)! After you pick up your free tote bag, goodies and a list of participating businesses and their specials you can start shopping at local businesses.
While shopping all you have to do is take selfies at the business you visited, share on social media with the hashtag #shopsmallropa, #shopsmall and #loverogerspark. The person with the most selfies at any of the participating businesses wins a gift card to a local small business! So shop small and post big!
