Naveen is an affordable designer fashion brand founded by Nazrin Agharzayeva in 2016 and based in Baku, Azerbaijan. All the items are made by women tailors in a small studio in Baku, Azerbaijan and some details are sewn by hand. Along with Naveen clothing, there will be items from other independent women designers.
