HAPPY PRIDE!
This weekend is jammed packed with all kind of activities right here in Rogers Park.
On June 27 step into a block party on Jarvis between Greenview and Sheridan and enjoy food, music and games and just a few steps in the Jarvis Alfresco on Jarvis from Greenview to Ashland a Family Pride celebration will be taking place with kids activities, a parade and performances and on Paulina north of Howard a Queer and BIPOC Business Pop Up will be happening that includes, a makers market, dancing, wellness stations and story time.
On June 28 the Cobblestone Pride Fest will take place from 12-5 p.m. on Glenwood between Morse and Lunt. Don't miss the beer and wine tents, food, relaxation areas, music and much more. And the Jarvis Square Pride Party on Jarvis from 11 a.m. - 5 p.m. with food, music and drinks.
Plus throughout the weekend you can view a documentary at Lifeline, a trans and non-binary meet up at Jarvis Square Tavern Cabana and board game meet up at Athena Board Game Cafe.
As you can see, you don't have to go far to be in community.
