Marketing Essentials for Small Businesses: Strategy vs Tactics
9:30 to 11:00 a.m.
City Hall, 121 N. La Salle St - 11th Floor, Room 1103
Presented by Dorothy Muszynska, Founder of DM Marketing Group

Businesses must have a strategic marketing framework in place BEFORE creating and implementing tactics such as print, digital, social, or event marketing. More often than not, small businesses skip the "strategy" step resulting in an unsuccessful tactical execution! In this workshop, we will review the meaning, importance, and examples of both strategic and tactical aspects of marketing. There will be time for questions after the presentation; the presenter will also be able to answer on-on-one questions in Polish.

The City of Chicago Department of Business Affairs & Consumer Protection (BACP) offers FREE business workshops every Wednesday and Friday at City Hall, 121 N. LaSalle St., Chicago, Room 805.
