Intention: Kindred Open Studio’s intention is to provide accessible pop-up studios across Chicago and beyond where communities can engage in the arts process together so that they can connect, create, heal, and liberate.
Vision: Kindred Open Studio envisions a variety of pop-ups around the Chicago area and beyond where communities can have access to various art modalities, community building and healing.
Approach: Kindred Open Studio pop-ops will alternate between artists within various art modalities including, but not limited to visual arts and expressive arts, music and written expression.
