Howard Street Makers Studio is a safe space for creativity and healing.
Everyone is welcome to join during open studios where participants will explore different types of art mediums. Artists in residence will facilitate classes, community art workshops, spoken word/open mic, sip and paint, discussions and open art studio time with and for the community.
Join us as we kick off the Howard Street Makers Studio at our Open House with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony with representatives from offices of the 49th Ward, State Senator Mike Simmons, State Representative Kelly Cassidy and RPBA, followed by an Open House till 5 p.m. with artist demos, food and drinks.
