Clark/Morse/Glenwood SSA #24 Clark/Morse/Glenwood SSA #24 Commissioners meet every other month at RPBA's Office, 1448 W. Morse Ave. to discuss initiatives, review programs and budgets for Clark/Morse/Glenwood Special Service Area #24. These meetings are open to the public. Only the Mayor appointed and vetted Commissioners may make motions and vote. 9 a.m. at RPBA Office 1448 W. Morse Ave. Meetings are held every first Wednesday of odd months (January, March, May, September, November) at RPBA’s, 1448 W. Morse Ave. at 9 a.m. Except on June when the meeting will be held on June 28th and there will be no July meeting. * Meeting locations, dates and times are subject to change, please check back one week prior to the meeting to verify information.
