City of Chicago's New Paid Sick Leave Ordinance

The City of Chicago's new Paid Sick Leave Ordinance is effective July 1, 2017. Employees who work at least 2 hours per week while physically present within the geographic boundaries of the City, and who work at least 80 hours within any 120-day period, are covered by the ordinance.
